Positive: The view was absolutely stunning and nothing short or extraordinary. It was was exactly what was advertised - with a full side view of the harbour bridge and circular quay. I was able to book this last minute which was a massive win, with Thomas the owner sending through all check in details within the half hour of booking. I arrived less than 3 hours after booking and has video links, photos and thorough instructions on the property, how to enter and additional details.
Negative: Due to the last minute booking, I was able to get this property at half price, which was wonderful. In saying this, if I had paid full price for this accommodation I wouldn’t have felt the property’s cleanliness and facilities would reflect the high cost. Whilst all the basics were provided, the apartment itself was quite run down and unclean, with stains on spare bedding, dead bugs, lamps without light bulbs and marks on the floor, carpets and doors. It did feel as if someone had just moved in and decorated with subpar, second hand furniture. However as I booked this property for the view and only for 2 nights - it was okay for the small period of time.
