Positive: Upon arrival we were greeted by the host which was lovely he help us with our luggage and give us a run down of the apartment and explain everything to us. the apartment was huge! we loved that and the rooms were very confy for all 4 of us, the kitchen was very well equiped with everything we needed for our meals. Location was amazing right in front of the loch and when we arrived we got to see some snow up in the mountains in front of the apartment

Negative: We found that some of the heaters were not working but this might have been user error as we're not used to have those or how they work
