Positive: Upon arriving, the staff were welcoming and friendly and offered to help with our luggage. The helped us to the room, and showed us around the building. From where to have dinner, breakfast and drinks. The rooms are lovely, large and comfortable, the bathroom was large and everything was clean and tidy. We booked a room with breakfast, which we fully enjoyed. The had a wide range to offer, from freshly cooked to continental. I opted for the vegan full English, so they do cater to your preferences.
