New to the Gap private holiday hire is this large 2 bed/6 berth... we welcome you to our large spacious caravan. Sitting along the top right of the caravan site the van has views to the left over the cliff edge and also in front with a view out of the left windows of Cromer Pier.

There is a large king size bedroom with a jack and jill style ensuite/bathroom equipped with a power shower, sink and toilet. In the bedroom there is lots of storage above the bed, a dressing area in front and a large wardrobe with room to hang clothes and store items. In the wardrobe you will also find the electric box, hoover, clothes airer, high chair along with a few other handy things to use whilst you stay.

The second bedroom features 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a mirror. We are happy if you wish to move the beds to push them together to make another double if preferred.

The hall way has room for shoes, hanging coats and a cupboard for the boiler etc.

In the kitchen you will find a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and everything you need for your stay. We have a gas cooker, pots and pans, utensils, cuttlery and plates along with mugs and glasses.

Next to the kitchen area we have a large 4 seater table.

In the main lounge there is a wrap around sofa, tv, dvd player, freesat, digital radio along with lots of books and games for adults and children to use. Within the sofa you will also find the double pull out camp bed which is a double.

Outside we have new wooden decking where you can sit down and enjoy the views! There is enough parking for 2 cars.

You will need to provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.The site does has a coin operated laundrette.( 2 washine machines / 1 dryer )

No dogs permitted in this caravan please, and the caravan is strictly non smoking at all times. The charging of electric cars is strictly NOT PERMITTED using caravan electric supplies.

Gas & Electric are included in the price of your stay .

There is now wi-fi covering the site, this is obtainable by a company who will supply wi-fi at a charge per day / week etc, and details of this I can send to you when enquirying, this is a separate issue with a service provider who provide the Gap Caravan Site with wi-fi coverage and not the responsibilty of us the caravan hirers.

From the caravan, you can walk left and see the view over the cliff edge of the fantastic East Runton beach along with the view of the Pier! The village of East Runton has had a big makeover recently where you will find The White Horse Restaurant, Harry's Bar, Wills Plaice Fish & Chips, a fantastic village shop along with another wonderful pub called the fishing boat which also serves food at the weekend! The Bus is very regualar taking you a 5 min journey into Cromer or the opposite way of Sherringham and beyond. You can go as far as Norwich, Hunstanton, Wells, Holt on a lovely day trip out! The beach is a stones through away from the caravan, a beautiful clean beach with life guards during peak times. You can search for crabs in the rock pools, or walk up to Cromer along the beach.

There is lots to do in Cromer arcades, mini golf, shopping, charity shops, Crabbing on the pier, watch shows on the pier in the theatre, visit the church, parks for children and lots lots more! If you are looking for days out with children there is so much to do Roar theme park, Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary (FREE), BeWilderwood, Bug Parc and so much more!
