Positive: Great location in Hoxton, 10 minute walk from Old Street tube.

Negative: The estate where the flat is appears quite rough. Can be intimidating around that area. Shower was appalling.

Summary: Good little flat to crash in the heart on London. Shoreditch and Dalton on your doorstep.
