Tucked away behind dunes on the edge of Upton Towans Nature Reserve, you’ll discover 6 The Dunes; one of ten luxury eco-home that blend in beautifully with their natural surroundings. Easy on the eye and on the environment, these properties utilise sustainable, and where possible locally-sourced materials such as timber framing and bee bricks, with air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and high levels of insulation reducing their carbon footprints. Open plan living and spacious bedrooms offer ample room for four, with sliding doors from the living room out to the terrace, inviting the outdoors in. Pets: 2 pets allowed. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
