We are excited to introduce the Swift Champagne Lodge; a Luxury Holiday Home of residential specification with gas central heating and superbly equipped. Sited on a quiet cul de sac but close to all the facilities on Shorefield Country Park, it is an easy and level stroll of less than 10 minutes to the beach of Milford on Sea and just a short drive to the New Forest.
As soon as you step through the door you will love the stunning top end contemporary open plan lounge and dining area, with high end kitchen with built-in appliances, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. With a five burner gas hob and oven with extractor overhead and numerous cupboards. The glass dining table has lovely matching fully upholstered chairs, perfect for dining at home!
The beautiful lounge, is designed to a very high standard, with a free standing sofa and 2 wingback armchairs, feature point of the lounge is a very modern faux chimney breast and free standing electric log fire. The light floods in through the panoramic full length windows, with patio doors opening on to an extensive wrap decking area. At the end of a perfect day you will love chilling out in this stunning room, with a flat screen television.
The Master bedroom boasts plenty of space, with a king size bed, large mirrored dressing table area and large built in wardrobes. The luxurious ensuite shower room with back lit mirror and heated towel rail.
Bedroom two is spacious with full size twin beds, dressing table, wardrobe and drawers.
The main bathroom also has a heated towel rail with a large walk-in shower and plenty of storage.
The outside of the property has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture to sit down and relax. We have also fitted an outside tap.
