Shower room - Large walk - in shower with built in toilet and basin with vanity cupboard below. Fully tiled with window to rear of property. Outside - Patio area with picnic table ideal for those summer evenings. The property includes all of the bed linen but Not Towels. About a mile from Hayle beach and the golden sand. Just a short drive to Hayle town, then St Ives and Penzance. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.
