Positioned just above the Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Club in the village of Embleton, with stunning views across this popular links course, to the beach and Castle beyond you'll find 3 The Villas. This is a much loved family holiday house - 3 storeys, beautifully furnished and equipped throughout and one of the most spectacular locations you'll get along this part of the North Northumberland coast. The ideal get together house for extended families to enjoy, well situated for interest groups like golfers, birdwatchers, cyclists, photographers and walkers, or a group of friends coming together to celebrate. Sorry we cannot accommodate stag or hen groups. So what does this house have to offer the discerning visitor: On the ground floor, a spacious entrance way to kick off the shoes and hang your outerwear, leading to a hallway off which is: The main lounge - Stunning views to the sea, beach and castle. Comfy seating. Open fire on which we burn logs. SKY TV. TV with DVD, iPod dock, Sonos Music system, WiFi Games, DVDs and books The Kitchen - A superior, spacious area for food preparation and an adjoining dining area to the front of the property from which to take advantage of those stunning views while you enjoy a plethora of local produce. Range style cooker, Fridge, Freezer Dishwasher, Microwave, Wine Cooler. Extremely well equipped for catering and dining for up to 10 people. Dining area has a traditional wooden refrectory style table with seating for up to 10, open fire on which we burn logs, music station and fantastic views. Utility/cloak room with toilet and whb, along with washing machine/drier. Rear living room with comfy seating - stone lined inglenook fireplace housing a large log burner. Double doors provide access to the enclosed rear garden. Upstairs on the first floor: One King double room , sea views. Dressing area, and large ensuite shower room One twin room with inland views. Family bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, toilet and whb Second double bedroom to front of the house with sea views. 2nd floor attic area: One king double room with sea and inland views from Velux windows (superking zip-and-link bed, which can be set up as 2 x 3' twin beds if required) One twin room with sea and inland views from Velux windows between these rooms is a Jack and Jill shower room with toilet and whb. Outside: Enclosed rear garden with dining area/table & chairs , BBQ. Open aspect garden to front , parking to driveway What is included: All bedding, bed linen, towels, electricity and oil heating.
