Positive: Kitchen had everything we needed. Living area and bedroom had large Smart TV's so great for watching YouTube, GB News, Talk TV, Sky, etc. BBC is available but who watches those legacy channels? Much appreciated gifts of Coffee, Tea, Milk, Sugar, Wine and Biscuits. Very quiet area, parking bay is perfect, Bins well labelled. Guest book and instructions on when the bins get emptied. We found the neighbours were friendly too. Didn't move bins as we were worried we might be intruding on someone elses property. (Hope the bin men did'nt mind) In Question 4 it asked nearest Beach is Southport Beach, did we visit. - Lytham, St Anns is the nearest beach and it has a Victorian Pier with amusements!!

Negative: Nothing. For others, if not used to going upstairs - disabled may have a struggle?? There is a very solid hand wooden rail to grab onto, handy when taking the suitcases up or down the stairs.
