Positive: lovely location, easy to get the keys, private and peaceful, nice wood burning stove, plenty facilities for your needs. good shower. plenty space.

Negative: cleanliness was a bit lacking. the property was a bit cold till the stove warmed it up, there is some electric heaters, which in the bedroom is decent, however downstairs is a bit cooler.
