Plentiful patio areas with ample seating, and a summerhouse for an extra bit of luxury. Roselea is situated in a very convenient location and is all on one level, making this suitable for people less able. It comprises of spacious airy rooms that have an easy flow from room to room. The ensuite spacious bedroom, has a king size comfortable bed leading into the ensuite shower room. This has an extra height toilet for ease of use, with a wash basin and walk-in shower. The second spacious bedroom has a king size bed also. The 3rd bedroom has full size comfortable twin beds. There is ample storage for your holiday clothes. Beds are made up with freshly laundered cotton bedding. Luxurious towels are also supplied, along with basic toiletries.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area are all open plan, making this a great social area for holidaying with your family and friends. At the rear of the bungalow are ample patio areas capturing the sun from morning to night. From taking your morning coffee, bbq in the afternoon and chilling in the summerhouse in the evening. The back is very secure for ease of mind.
At the front of Roselea there is ample parking for 2- 3 vehicles and there is also off road parking.
Roselea is situated between Stroud and Cirencester, in a village location. Local country pubs within a 15/20 minute walk, are The Ram at Bussage, The Lamb at Eastcombe and The Kings Head at France Lynch, all of which offer lovely food. There is a bus route just a 5 minute walk from Roselea, which will take you into Stroud (approx 6 miles). From Stroud you can change to take another bus to many locations. Cirencester is approx 8 miles in the opposite direction to stroud. This heads you in the direction of South Cerney Waterpark, Swindon Outlet Centre, Bourton on the Water, etc.
The Cotswolds is a beautiful place to visit with a heritage of beautiful buildings, historic towns and cities to visit.
