Stepping Stones holiday home is the perfect base to explore Moelfre with access to the coastal path within a few minutes' walk from our door.
The bungalow is located in a quiet cul de sac of just 3 properties. Our maximum occupancy is 6 people plus 1 infant (1 travel cot & 1 high chair provided).
Stepping Stones has the following within easy walking distance: a convenience store just across the road, The Kinmel Arms (family-friendly pub serving food), Coastal Cafe (great fish & chips!), Ice-Cream Parlour on the Beach, cafes - and of course Moelfre Bay, The Sea Watch Centre and Lifeboat Station are just a short walk away too.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a hob, an oven with separate grill, a kettle, toaster, and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6, plus a baby (we provide a travel cot).
In the first bedroom, you will find a Kingsize bed.
In the next bedroom, there are two single beds.
The third bedroom contains two single beds and overlooks the back garden.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The main bathroom has a toilet, basin and a p-shaped shower bath.
The en-suite has a toilet and sink and a shower enclosure and is accessible via the master bedroom.
The beds are made up with fresh bedlinen and towels are also included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The rear patio garden provides a secluded and relaxing space and is not directly overlooked.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- We have parking space for a maximum of 2 cars (one car to be parked on the driveway and a second car can be parked outside our front door).
- Pets are allowed at the property for a £30 charge which is payable direct to the owner before arrival (we ask guests not to allow dogs into bedrooms).
- £100 damage deposit also payable in advance (fully refundable after your stay comes to an end, following inspection by our cleaners).
We have been letting out Stepping Stones to holidaymakers for over 10 years and its popularity has grown year after year with many guests returning for their annual holiday.
We make regular updates to the house including redecorating and updating our soft furnishings/bedlinen so that your base for the holiday is fresh and modern!
