It is adjacent to the National Trust property, Overbecks, with easy access to the cliff walks to Bolt Head and beyond (the South West coastal path). A ferry runs from nearby South Sands to the town centre during the summer months. Alternatively, why not go to the beach early and leave before the crowds arrive, discovering other delights in the area on your way home. The property is approached by its own secluded drive and has ample parking, it’s isolated from the town but local supermarkets will deliver. The property has recently been redecorated throughout.
