The Park is home is home to two of the world famous 7stanes mountain bike trails at Kirroughtree and Glentrool. From 4 Dundeugh you can head to the coast too which is just as breathtaking with many sandy beaches, dramatic cliff top walks and pretty little harbour villages such as Kippford, Rockcliffe and Sandyhills. Warmed by the Gulf Stream there are many beautiful gardens to visit, including the National Trust’s Threave Gardens. Whilst in a delightful rural location, 4 Dundeugh is a short 20 minute drive away from Castle Douglas, known as the ’Food Town’ and renowned for its niche shopping and family-run food outlets.
