Positive: Comfortable, well equipped, warm , helpful staff.

Negative: All was fine , I’m not ardent walker , tube stations were about 15 -20 min walk . The supermarket is not on easy walking distance if one needs week supply . We took taxi after shopping.

Summary: Exellent and confortable property, helpful staff.
