This newly converted cottage has been tastefully designed throughout and is set in open countryside about 3 miles from the centre of the market town of Whitchurch on the borders of Wrexham, Cheshire and Shropshire. From here you can access towns and open countryside, whichever is your preference, and there are numerous places of interest which we will be happy to advise you on together with local events and festivals. The popular award winning wedding venue of Iscoyd Park is within 1 mile of the cottage. The Cottage consists of of a large living area incorporating a modern kitchen, a dining area and a lounge space offering ample seating, including a sofa bed, and Smart TV with a modern stylish wood burner all overlooking the orchard and woods. The kitchen offers an oven and separate hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The usual china, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and a good sized en suite shower room whilst the super king bed in the second bedroom can be split to form twin beds if required. Both bedrooms have clock alarms and a hairdryer. The separate bathroom is of a good size offering not only a bath but large walk-in shower cubical. All linen and towels are provided There is a private patio area and access to a larger area for your dog if you require but there are plenty of walks in the area, most of which are on level ground. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. An inter-communicating door with 1 Barn Cottages allows use of both units together catering for a larger party if required. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. An inter-communicating door with 1 Barn Cottages allows use of both units together catering for a larger party if required. A ‘do it yourself’ bed and breakfast service is offered to guests on weekend or mid-week breaks of up to 4 days enabling them to decide their own timing for the meal. We will provide bread, milk, tea bags, instant coffee and coffee pods together with additional provisions in the fridge such as locally sourced eggs, bacon and sausages according to guest requirements. Any further groceries can be provided on request at an additional charge. We are pleased to welcome guests and their well behaved dogs if you wish to bring them along and there are additional facilities to ensure that the four legged friends are also catered for. There is a separate fridge/freezer to accommodate food for the dogs if required. Soft crates or indoor kennels (cage) of different sizes are available.
