Perfectly located for beach holidays and coastal walking this first floor flat with stunning far reaching sea views is set in the village of Porth on the coast road linking Newquay and Watergate Bay. You park at the rear of the flat before entering via a set of stairs into the hallway taking you through to the open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The view from here is spectacular and many hours could be spent in a cosy chair simply gazing out to sea. There are two bedrooms with the double enjoying the amazing views which are just wonderful to wake up to. Directly opposite the flat is the coastal path which will take you to a whole host of splendid beaches. Porth beach which is 5 minutes walk away is very popular with families and has a vast expanse of flat golden sand offering safe bathing. Whipsiderry beach is even closer but only accessed by ascending many steps but you are rewarded by a splendid much quieter beach. Also a must visit and again only a few minutes walk away is the historic Porth island, an impressive ancient cliff fort and settlement accessed by a narrow footbridge. For an unforgettable walk simply take the exhillarating coastal path from the flat to Watergate bay where lunch or refreshments can be enjoyed in the excellent beach cafe or for that special occasion Jamie Oliver's number 15 restaurant before returning, if the tide allows along the beach all the way to Porth. With all Newquay has to offer and Padstow an easy and beautiful coastal drive away a stay here offers comfortable accommodation in an ideal location all year round
