Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Reception staff friendly and helpful. Small lift available. Quiet room on a quiet road. Electric radiator warmed up room nicely. Bathroom clean. Water, toiletries, tea and coffee all supplied.

Negative: Mattress lopsided and very soft although I did manage to sleep quite well. Can hear neighbours talking although this only happened one night. No curtains, just very old blinds that were dirty and didn't cover the whole window. Shower was stuck in one position - button to move broken. Bathroom extremely small. OK for me as I am short and slim but wouldn't suit some people. Carpet needed a hoover. Hotel needs repainting and carpets replacing as quite run down.
