Situated within an easy drive of the Norfolk Broads and Norfolk’s coastline, the property stands in the small hamlet of Sutton Staithe, a conservation area offering a relaxing waterside holiday location next door to the boatyard, with boating activity all around. On your doorstep, there is day launch and river fishing (Bream, Perch, Roach, Rudd, Pike etc) is available in season. Also available are canoe and boat rentals.

Summary: Really relaxing in well equipped cottage for 2 people dog. Good outdoor spaces. Lovely welcome pack - very thoughtful! Kitchen really well set up with washing up liquid and tea towel etc. Boatyard on doorstep for dayboat hire with friendly helpful staff. Good beer and food in Sutton Staithe Hotel 1 minute walk.
