Positive: Prior to the visit I emailed Booking.com for the possibility of extending our stay - they were unable to ‘think outside a box’ and were extremely unhelpful. Offering us to make a separate complete booking which equated the same price we had paid for our five day stay for the additional two days . - crazy! We as the booking came close were sent a email as we had asked for a second time about an ‘early check in’ on the day of arrival. They forwarded a mobile number that turned out to be the cleaner. I had two calls with her. She confirmed the accommodation was free the week before us and she would just clarify that the early check in was available and get back to me . She had no further correspondence with me. No phone call or email was ever received We liked the Well equipped kitchen and fresh decor - welcome coffee and biscuits and fresh milk were lovely. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: Poor communication from the booking company and then the cleaner who was sorting the possibility of an early arrive. Louvre window in the bedroom we couldn’t open and the window at the side of the bed was clear glass and completely overlooked a family home! How can this be ok or appropriate.
