The living room is a spacious space, which features a comfy sofa, where you can relax after a busy day of exploring the city. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a table and four chairs, essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor by stairs and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

This convenient and friendly location is just a short walk from Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, and the Scottish National Gallery. You'll also find plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, so you can easily refuel after a day of exploring.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Beaufort Road Bus Stop (3 min from the apartment) goes directly to the city center.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
