2 Water's Edge is a lakeside lodge that can be found in Lanreath, Cornwall. The property has bright and spacious rooms, with contemporary furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Inside has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and a dining area with a log burner. There is one double bedroom with an en suite shower and WC, and one twin bedroom, with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has a private terrace area, complete with a hot tub and a table and chairs. Parking is available at the property. 2 Water's Edge is the perfect property for remote holidays. Two well- behaved dogs welcome for £30 per pet, per stay, payable to site owners before arrival. Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off road parking for 1 car. Private terrace complete with hot tub, table and chairs. Two well behaved dogs welcome for £30 per pet, per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop is 4 miles, restaurant/pub is a 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to the raised balcony's, lakes and open water on site so children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.
