Studio R by MRG Apartments is a bright studio apartment with a beautiful view over the Dristor neighborhood in Sector 3. This property was designed from the beginning with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is located in a quiet building, completed in 2014, just a 4-minute walk from the Dristor metro station. Shops (Lidl, bakery, pharmacy), restaurants, banks, and public transportation are all within a 1-3 minute walk.
The studio is well divided and equipped for a pleasant stay.
-The sleeping area, with a comfortable bed and mattress for a good night's sleep. The white 100% cotton sheets are washed and disinfected at high temperatures.
-The living area, where you will find an extendable sofa for when you are traveling with an extended family or friends, a 4k smart TV with Netflix, a dining area or workspace, fast WiFi internet connection, cable TV, and a huge wardrobe with an iron and ironing board.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric stove, pots, pans, utensils, and a washing machine with detergent provided.
-The bathroom has a spacious bathtub for a relaxing bath after a long day of work or travel, white 100% cotton towels, and hotel toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.), as well as a hairdryer.

Guests have access to the entire reserved space without any restrictions. There are no shared spaces with other guests.
To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask guests to read the house rules before completing the reservation. Any violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and penalties.

Toți oaspeții/vizitatorii trebuie să prezinte un act de identitate cu fotografie, pașaport sau carte națională de identitate pentru cetățenii UE (nu se acceptă permisul de conducere) pentru a fi înregistrați, în conformitate cu legislația română. Documentul va fi trimis online, prin intermediul Airbnb, înainte de ora de check-in. Refuzul acestei solicitări duce la anularea rezervării fără rambursare. 2. Fumatul în interiorul proprietății este strict interzis, iar încălcarea acestei reguli va fi sancționată cu 100 EUR. 3. Lenjeria de pat și alte provizii sunt pentru confortul și utilizarea oaspeților noștri. Ei aparțin și trebuie să rămână în incintă. Machiajul, sângele sau orice alt tip de pete de pe lenjeria de pat și prosoapele care nu pot fi îndepărtate printr-o spălare normală vor fi taxate. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and violation of this rule will be fined 100 EUR. 3. Bedding and other supplies are for the comfort and use of our guests. They belong and must remain on the premises. Make-up, blood or any other type of stains on bed linen and towels that cannot be removed by normal washing will be charged. Any damage to furniture or other essentials will also be charged. 4. No shoes in the house. You will find slippers among the towels. 5. Netflix is free, but rarely, this service might be interrupted for unknown technical problems. Please consider this when booking our property.
